a huge rumpus room was turned into 2 bedrooms as well as the associated electrical works. It was given a complete re paint as well as new 

carpets and new ceiling fans.

The client was delighted with the result and a higher price was reached when it sold.

The Caulfield home was in need of some repair prior to listing for sale.

the majority of the work was cosmetic but there was some minor electrical and carpentry required. The floors were re polished as well as some hardware and lock replacements.

complete painting was done as well as some minor landscaping. The clients were very impressed by the result and a higher price than expected was reached at Auction.
